Second Campus (within City):

  • Sub Campus 100% right of the Franchise Associates only
  • Second Campus first right of the already working Franchise Associate.
  • 10 Kilometers binding on Group for the emerging Franchise Associate.

Principal

  • Key Custodian of the Campus
  • Appointed by the Group
  • Salary decision the Group Prerogative
  • 10-20% Share Holder in the Profit after the Business maturity

RESPONSIBILITIES

Franchise Associates Responsibilities

  • Compliance of the Group Academic Policies
  • Compliance of the Group Financial Policies
  • No Fake Entries in the enrollment
  • Timely Submission of the Group Royalty as decided in the MOU
  • Compliance of the College Uniform as decided by the Group
  • Compliance of the SOP’s of the Education Deptt, BISE and the respective university
  • Local Level Marketing and Advertisement

Group Responsibilities

  • Support and Training regarding Academic Policies (Calendars, Syllabus Break ups and Sessional Schedules).
  • Support in Infra Structure Construction (Map, Engineers, Designs and Color Schemes of the Group)
  • Support in Marketing and Advertisement (Designs for local advertisement, vendors)
  • National Level Marketing (Print, Digital and Social Media)
  • Support in HR Trainings
  • Support in Financial Trainings

SCHOOLS

Principal:

  • Key Custodian of the Campus
  • Appointed by the Franchise Associates with the Group Approval
  • Salary decision by the Franchise Associates as per local needs

  • Middle School (Upto Class 8): 10 Lac
  • Matric School (Upto Class 10): 12 Lac
